Job Description
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and a variety of technical documents.
  • Enter and update information in electronic databases (CRM) and record-keeping systems.
  • Engage in further efforts to improve the overall customer service of the organization.
  • Enter and update information as necessary in electronic databases and record-keeping systems.
  • Prepare materials for meetings.
  • Answer questions from clients and potential clients (email and phone queue).
  • Audit or process evaluation reports, when applicable.
  • Organize files and records.
  • Perform other tasks as directed.
  • Assist with special projects.
